constitution
The rules of the National Association of Secondary Deputy and Assistant Principals Incorporated are contained within this section. The Association is the incorporated body, whose rules are registered at the office of the Registrar of Incorporated Societies in Wellington. |
The Executive is the decision-making body in the form of a committee made up of 11 elected members. Its fundamental role is to manage the Association, whose aim is to provide a forum for Deputy and Assistant Principals and their regional organisations. NASDAP recognises and incorporates issues of Te Tiriti O Waitangi in all its work, and in its relations to other organisations. Every effort is made to ensure decisions are made by consensus, or by a democratic process of voting by members..
